Filing Services in all 50 States

All Certificates are filed in the office of the Sec. State of Delaware Corporation Division same day if we receive the certificate by 5:00 p.m. eastern time. You will receive evidence back within two business days. All other states processing time will vary depending on the state. You may elect to pay an additional state fee to expedite your order.
