All certificates are filed on the same day if we receive the certificate by 5:00 pm eastern time. For certificates filed in Delaware you will receive evidence back within two business days. Processing time in all other states will vary depending on the state you may elect to pay an additional state fee to expedite your order.

$125.00 - One year's representation of DES as registered agent/registered office in Delaware. $150.00 - One year's representation of DES to provide registered agent service in all other states.

The following fees do not include applicable state fees, franchise tax and expedited and correspondence fees.

$50.00 - Obtaining Employer Identification Number - ("EIN") $50.00 - Qualification to transact business in another state. DES will complete and file the appropriate application to enable you company to transact business in another state. Please select the state with it's registration fee.

$80.00 - Limited Liability kit with a "metal-embossed" company seal, a boiler-plate operating agreement and other useful forms, and a SS-4 application for you to easily obtain your employer identification number from the Internal Revenue Service.

You will receive all documents, unless otherwise specified, via email at no additional charge.

$30.00 - Express courier delivery within the United States. $50.00 - International delivery of Documents
